About this calculator
How accurate is this calculator?
It is a planning guide. It uses typical Victorian figures that you can change under "Assumptions". Your real result depends on roof direction and pitch, shading, your tariff and your habits, which we confirm at a free site assessment.
Does it include rebates?
No. Incentives change over time, so we do not guess at them here. We check what applies to your site when we quote and handle the paperwork.
Why does it suggest a particular battery size?
It looks at the power your solar would have left over during the day and the power you use in the evening, and suggests a battery that could shift between the two. We refine this at quote.
Can I get a firm quote?
Yes. Send us your details and we will assess the site and send a clear, itemised quote.
