What we collect

When you submit a quote form we collect your name, mobile number, email address, suburb, the type of property, the service you are interested in, optionally your approximate electricity bill, and any message you write. We also receive standard technical information such as your browser type and pages visited if analytics is enabled.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, assess your site and prepare a quote.
To arrange installation, grid connection and rebate paperwork if you proceed.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including Clean Energy Council and electrical compliance records.
To improve our website and services.

Who we share it with

We share information only where needed to deliver the service, for example with distributors and network operators for grid applications, or with government rebate programs. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. If we enable analytics, it will be to understand how the site is used.

Storage and security

Enquiries are emailed to our office and held in our business systems. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and to delete it when it is no longer needed.
